About Chloe

A physiotherapist who genuinely cares

I started my practice because I believe everyone deserves healthcare that treats them as a whole person — not just a set of symptoms. That belief shapes everything I do.

My story

My story

I grew up with a deep curiosity about how the body works — how it moves, adapts, and heals. That curiosity led me to study physiotherapy at the University of the Witwatersrand, where I graduated with distinction and developed a particular passion for musculoskeletal health and movement rehabilitation.

After graduating, I spent several years working in both private practice and sports medicine, treating everyone from elite athletes to office workers managing chronic pain. Those years taught me that the most effective treatment is always the most personalised one — and that listening carefully is as important as any hands-on technique.

I opened my practice in Parkhurst because I wanted to create a space that felt genuinely welcoming — somewhere patients feel heard, comfortable, and confident that they're in good hands. More than a decade later, that intention still drives everything I do.

How I work

My approach

I believe great physiotherapy is built on three things: thorough assessment, honest communication, and genuine care. Here's what that looks like in practice.

01

Listen first

Every session starts with me really listening — to your history, your concerns, and your goals. Understanding the full picture is what makes treatment effective.

02

Treat the cause, not just the symptom

Pain is rarely the whole story. I take the time to identify what's actually driving your problem, so we can address it properly rather than just managing it.

03

Educate and empower

I want you to understand what's happening in your body and why. An informed patient heals faster and stays healthier — so I explain everything clearly, without jargon.

04

Work together

Recovery is a partnership. I'll give you the tools, the exercises, and the guidance — but your engagement between sessions is what makes the real difference.

Whether you have a specific injury or just want to feel better in your body — I'd love to hear from you.
