Pilates
The difference
Pilates is one of the most effective tools for building a resilient, pain-free body — but not all pilates is created equal. Clinical pilates is taught by a qualified physiotherapist who understands how the body moves, where it compensates, and how to correct it.
All my pilates sessions are private — just you and me. That means every session is fully tailored to your body, your goals, and your pace, with no compromise on attention or quality.

Class formats
One-on-one floor-based pilates tailored entirely to you. Sessions focus on core strength, flexibility, postural alignment, and body awareness — with exercises adapted to your specific needs, limitations, and goals.
One-on-one reformer sessions using the machine to add resistance and challenge to pilates movements. Reformer pilates builds deep strength, improves posture, and is particularly effective for rehabilitation and athletic conditioning.
