Physiotherapy treatment room

What I offer

Services designed around you

Every body is different. Whether you're dealing with an acute injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply wanting to move better — I'll work with you to find the right approach.

Physiotherapy

Hands-on care that gets to the root of the problem

I take a thorough, evidence-based approach to physiotherapy — combining detailed assessment with targeted manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education. No two sessions are the same, because no two patients are the same.

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy

Assessment and treatment of muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments. Whether it's a stiff neck, aching lower back, or a shoulder that just won't cooperate — I'll identify what's driving your pain and address it directly.

Conditions treated

  • Lower back pain
  • Neck and shoulder pain
  • Hip and knee pain
  • Ankle and foot pain
  • Wrist and elbow conditions

Sports injury rehabilitation

From weekend warriors to competitive athletes, I help you recover from injury and return to sport stronger than before. Treatment focuses on restoring function, building resilience, and preventing recurrence.

Conditions treated

  • Ligament sprains and tears
  • Muscle strains
  • Tendinopathy
  • Stress fractures
  • Post-operative rehabilitation

Postural correction and pain management

Modern life — long hours at a desk, hours on a phone — takes a toll on posture and creates chronic pain patterns. I'll assess your movement habits and design a programme to correct imbalances and relieve pain.

Conditions treated

  • Desk-related neck and back pain
  • Headaches from posture
  • Rounded shoulders
  • Hip flexor tightness
  • Tech neck

Pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation

Preparing your body before surgery and guiding your recovery afterwards makes a significant difference to outcomes. I work closely with your surgical team to ensure a smooth, well-supported rehabilitation journey.

Conditions treated

  • ACL reconstruction
  • Rotator cuff repair
  • Hip and knee replacement
  • Spinal surgery
  • Shoulder stabilisation

Dry needling and manual therapy

Dry needling targets trigger points in muscles to release tension and reduce pain. Combined with joint mobilisation and soft tissue techniques, it's a powerful tool for fast, lasting relief.

Conditions treated

  • Myofascial pain
  • Trigger point release
  • Joint stiffness
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Chronic muscle tension
Clinical Pilates

Movement as medicine

Clinical pilates is far more than a fitness class — it's a therapeutic tool. My pilates sessions are informed by physiotherapy principles, tailored to your body, and designed to build the strength and mobility that supports everything you do.

Individual clinical pilates

60 min

One-on-one sessions prescribed as part of your physiotherapy treatment plan. We work on your specific movement patterns, weaknesses, and goals — with exercises adapted as you progress.

Ideal for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and anyone wanting a highly personalised programme.

Private mat pilates

One-on-one floor-based pilates tailored entirely to you. Sessions focus on core strength, flexibility, postural alignment, and body awareness — with exercises adapted to your specific needs and goals.

Suitable for all levels including complete beginners. A great option for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and ongoing movement health.

Private reformer pilates

55 min

One-on-one reformer sessions using the machine to add resistance and challenge to pilates movements. Builds deep strength, improves posture, and is particularly effective for rehabilitation and athletic conditioning.

Suitable for all levels — the resistance is fully adjustable and the programme is tailored to you each session.

Pre- and post-natal pilates

Specially adapted pilates for pregnancy and the postnatal period. Sessions focus on pelvic floor health, core stability, and managing the physical demands of pregnancy and new motherhood.

Safe from the first trimester through to postnatal recovery. Always conducted with medical clearance.

The process

What to expect

01

Initial assessment

Your first session is a thorough assessment — I'll take a detailed history, assess your movement and strength, and identify the root cause of your problem. This takes 60 minutes.

02

Personalised treatment plan

Based on the assessment, I'll design a treatment plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and timeline. I'll explain everything clearly so you understand what we're doing and why.

03

Ongoing treatment and progress

Follow-up sessions build on the previous work. I'll track your progress, adjust the plan as needed, and give you home exercises to support your recovery between sessions.

04

Long-term wellbeing

The goal is always to get you to a point where you don't need me — or where you're maintaining your health independently. Many patients transition to pilates classes for ongoing strength and movement health.
